Terms & Conditions
Payment
- Parent/Carer’s shall pay the whole fee to Harris sports coaching prior to the child taking part in the selected session. If fee has not been payed, the child’s place will be given up.
Cancellation
- Parents/ carers must cancel via whatsapp if the child is not attending the session. Refund will only be given in exceptional circumstances.
- If a session is cancelled by Harris Sports Coaching a full refund will be given.

- Harris sports coaching has reserved all the rights to decide whether or not your child is suitable to participate. This being due to health and safety of the child, coaches and other children.
- Illness- If your child has sickness or diarrhoea they should not attend a session until 48 hours after the sickness has stopped.
Parent/Carer’s responsibility
The parent/carer warrants and represents that:
- The information set out in the consent form is accurate and the parent will notify Harris sports coaching of any change in such information immediately.
- The Parent/carer will provide all relevant medical health and similar information required to conduct the Service and for the protection of the individual Pupil and other Pupils and third parties and emergency services that may come into contact with the Pupil during the execution of the Service.
- I will drop off and collect my child on time and I will inform coaches if another person will be collecting.
- For holiday club sessions I will provide my child with a packed lunch, drinks and snacks. Nuts are not allowed at any of our sessions, this includes nut spreads and nutty cereal bars.
Child protection
- Harris coaching have the duty to respond if they suspect a child may be suffering from abuse or if a child discloses information of abuse, in this event staff will contact the relevant local authority and act on their advice.
Accidents & Incidents
- If necessary, Harris sports coaching reserves the right to administer basic first aid treatment to a child. Parent/carer’s will be informed of all accidents immediately via Whatsapp.
- Accidents of a more serious nature involving hospital treatment or any head injuries, all attempts will be made to contact the parent/carer’s but failing this the club requires consent to act on behalf of the parent/carer to authorise any necessary treatment.
- Incidents involving a child will also be logged and parents will be informed.
Insurance
- All children in our care are covered by our public liability insurance.
